Sunday Morning Ecstatic Dance

__ EN:

Ecstatic Dance is a space to move freely, let go, and reconnect with yourself through music and movement. A special live DJ set guides you through different music styles and moods.

There is no choreography and no right or wrong. Just you, the music and the present moment.

Dance barefoot, exactly as you are, and allow movement and sound to guide you back to your aliveness.

To close our journey, we invite you to simply rest. Lie down, relax, and receive a live, intuitive improvisation of piano and voice. A gentle sound experience that creates space for integration and lets everything settle softly within you.

Guidelines

• We dance barefoot.

• We dance sober (no alcohol or other substances)

• The dance floor is a conversation-free space, allowing everyone to fully immerse themselves in their own experience.
