3. Cancellation / Withdrawal Policy

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving any reason according to the Fern- und Auswärtsgeschäfte-Gesetz.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by sending a clear statement via email to:

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal request.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may expire for digital products if:

• the delivery has begun, and

• the consumer has expressly agreed that the service begins before the withdrawal period ends.

Cancellation of Appointments

If an event is booked:

• cancellations made at least 30 days before the scheduled appointment may be rescheduled or refunded

• cancellations made less than 30 days before the appointment may not be refunded
